SARGODHA: The anti-corruption establishment circle of Sargodha has arrested four persons involved in theft of cheque worth of Rs 45 million from the files of district court. According to official sources, Magistrate Majid Mehmood Sheikh had lodged a complaint with the anti-corruption department that some persons stole a cheque of Rs 45 million in case number 224/2014 from the court’s judicial files with the help of court officials and also placed a fake cheque in the file. The anti-corruption establishment after inquiry of the matter lodged an FIR. Four men were arrested in this regard which include Pervaiz Hassan of Modern Jewellers gold market, Haji Muhammad Asghar, Zeeshan Haider and Nasir Naeem copy writer, civil court agency.
